उत्तर:- आत्मा कर्मों के बोझ से दबी है। जिस वक्त यह बोझ हटेगा ये आसमानों की सैर करना शुरू कर देगी । जीवात्मा इस जिस्म में कैद है और दोनों आंखों के पीछे बैठी है। इसकी- चेतनता प्रकाश के रूप में पूरे शरीर में फैली हुई है जिसके कारण शरीर के अलग करने के लिए पूरे गुरु का सहारा लेना होगा।
जिस समय इस तन रूपी घोसले को यह मरने के पहले छोड़ेगी उसी वक्त यह पक्षी की भांति आसमान में उड़ने लगेगी और उसका रूहानी सफर प्रारम्भ हो जाएगा। एक बार आत्मा शरीर से अलग हो गई तो उसका रास्ता, आसान हो जाएगा। वो जब चाहे शरीर से अलग हो जाय और ऊपर के मण्डलों स्वर्ग, बैकृण्ठ आदि की सफर करें और फिर वापस शरीर में लौट आए।
इस क्रिया को जीते जी मरना कहते हैं। दिन में सौ बार हजार बार जब चाहे मरे और फिर शरीर में लौट आए। जो सन्त मत की साधना स्त्री पुरुष करते हैं उनकी गति ऐसी ही होती है। मन को एकाग्र करके दोनों आंखों के पीछे लाने का अभ्यास करना होता है। जहाँ जीवात्मा बैठी है। ऊपर के रूहानी मण्डलों का रास्ता दोनों आंखों के मध्य से ही गया हुआ है अन्तर में ।
शुरू-शुरू में आगे-आगे मन और पीछे जीवात्मा चलती है। सहसदलकंवल' में यानी ईश्वर धाम में मन अपने भण्डार में समा जाता है और फिर जीवात्मा अकेले ब्रह्म और पारब्रह्म पद को पार करती हुई अपने घर सत्तलोक खरबों मील का सफर वो गुरु की दया और मदद से तय करती है।

Answer:- The soul is burdened with the burden of deeds. The moment this burden is removed, she will start traveling in the skies. The soul is imprisoned in this body and is sitting behind both the eyes. Its consciousness is spread throughout the body in the form of light, due to which one has to take the help of the entire Guru to separate it from the body.
The moment she leaves the nest of this body before she dies, she will start flying in the sky like a bird and her spiritual journey will begin. Once the soul is separated from the body, its path will become easier. Whenever he wants, he can separate from the body and travel to the upper regions like heaven, Baikruti etc. and then return back to the body.
This action is called dying while alive. He died a hundred times a day, a thousand times whenever he wanted and then returned to his body. The behavior of men and women who follow the path of saints is similar. One has to practice concentrating the mind and bringing it behind both the eyes. Where the soul is sitting. The path to the higher spiritual regions lies between the two eyes.
In the beginning, the mind moves ahead and the soul moves behind. In 'Sahasdalkanwal' i.e. in the abode of God, the mind gets absorbed in its storehouse and then the soul alone crosses the stage of Brahma and Parbrahma and travels trillions of miles to its home Sattaloka with the mercy and help of the Guru. |
