उत्तर - मन का वश में होना आसान नहीं महान कठिन है । मन तीन लोक का मालिक हैं इसके आधीन ऋषि मुनि, देवी देवता सभी हैं और ये सबको नचाता रहता है । मन को वश में करने का एक ही साधन है और वह है नाम, आवाज, संगीत आकाशवाणी, देव वाणी जो इस मनुष्य शरीर में दोनों आंखों के पीछे यानी घट में हर वक्त हो रही है। जब तक वो नाम पकड़ में नहीं आएगा, आकाशवाणी सुनने को नहीं मिलेगी मन की भागदौड़ समाप्त नहीं होगी । रावण चार वेदों का टीकाकार पंडित था फिर भी मन उसके वश में नहीं आया |

धन्य धन्य धन धन्य पियारे, क्या कहूं महिमा शब्द की ||
