उत्तर - जिस तरह से आत्मा शरीर में आती है उसी तरह से वापस जाती है । जीवात्मा दोनों आंखों के पीछे तीसरे तिल में ठहरी है । यह सूर्य की तरह है । तीसरे तिल से इसकी किरणें नाभि से टकराकर सारे शरीर में फैलती हैं और सारे शरीर को जीवन देती हैं । मौत के वक्त आत्मा की किरणें सिमट कर पहले नाभि में इकट्ठी होती हैं । उस समय नाड़ी छूटने लगती है । वह घबडाहट का समय होता है ।
ऊपर में तीन रास्ते है सतगुरु दाई तरफ सफेद स्थान पर बैठक रखते हैं काल बाई तरफ श्याम स्थान पर खड़ा रहता है और आत्मा को बीच के रास्ते से जाना पड़ता है सत्संगी की रूह को सतगुरु भाई और जाने के पहले ही संभाल लेते हैं और काल के हवाले नहीं होने देते जीवात्मा सतगुरु के पीछे-पीछे खिंची चली जाती है
अगर उसकी इच्छा दुनिया में है तो ऊंचे स्थान तक नहीं जा सकती यदि जीवात्मा की इच्छा दुनिया में नहीं है फिर वह उड़ती चली जाएगी कहां तक, किस स्थान, तक वह उड़ जाएगी यह उसके गुरु के प्रति प्रेम, प्रीत, सुख और कर्मों पर निर्भर करता है
