उत्तर - परमार्थ के मार्ग पर चलने वाले को अपनी निरख-परख सदैव करते रहना चाहिए | गुरु तुम्हारी आंखों के ऊपर बैठा हुआ हर क्षण तुम्हारे हर कार्य को देख रहा है। अगर तुम गुरु से प्यार करते हो, अगर तुम्हारा प्रेम गुरु से है तो तुम्हें वही करना चाहिए जो उसका हुकम हो या जो जो उसे अच्छा लगे । दूसरों के पीछे पड़ना परमार्थी का काम नहीं, ऐसा करने से वक्त बर्बाद होता है | ऐसी हालत तो दुनियांदारों की होती है ।
परमार्थी को तो अपने पीछे पड़ना चाहिए जिससे अपना सुधार हो । अपने पीछे पड़ जाओगे तो भजन ध्यान सुमिरन के लिए समय निकाल लोगे, कोई बहाने बाजी नहीं करोगे नहीं तो हाय बच्चे, हाय बीमारी, हाय कर्जा, हाय-हाय लगी रहेगी । इस बात का तुमको विचार होना चाहिए । इसलिए गुरु के हुकम में अपने जीवन को बिताओ, अपने परमार्थ का नुकसान मत करो । दुनियां के कामों के लिए जितना जरुरी हो उतना समय दो बाकी समय अधिक से अधिक परमार्थ के चिन्तन में और भजन में लगाओ ।
Question:- Swami ji! What should we do to walk correctly on the path of charity?
Answer: One who follows the path of charity should always keep examining himself. The Guru is sitting above your eyes and watching your every action every moment. If you love the Guru, if you have love for the Guru then you should do only what he orders or whatever he likes. It is not the work of a altruist to follow others, doing so wastes time. Such is the condition of the worldly people.
A charitable person should pursue himself so that he can improve himself. If you follow yourself then you will take out time for bhajan, meditation and remembrance, you will not make any excuses, otherwise woe to children, woe to the disease, woe to the debt, woe to you will continue. You should think about this. Therefore, spend your life under the orders of your Guru, do not harm your charity. Give as much time as necessary for worldly activities and spend the rest of the time in contemplation of charity and singing hymns. |
