भौतिकवाद कहते हैं भोगी दुनियां को। भौतिकवाद में अच्छे शब्दों की जरूरत नहीं, भले-बुरे का ज्ञान नहीं, किसी की पहचान की जरूरत नहीं। ऐसे भौतिकवादियों और भौतिक भोगियों ने धर्म को शहरों से मारकर जंगलों में भगा दिया। यदि धर्म रहता तो कुछ अंकुश आंखें पर होता, कुछ अंकुश वाणी पर होता, कुछ अंकुश सोचने-विचारने पर और कहने-सुनने पर होता। जहां अंकुश रहता है वहीं सत्य रहता है।
जब सत्य रहता है तब वहीं धर्म रहता हैं। धर्म का अंकुश उठ गया तो कोई विवेक नहीं, किसी की कोई पहचान नहीं, देखने समझने की कोई शक्ति नहीं। लेकिन यह सत्य है कि वह किसी न किसी रूप में हर युग में रहा और अब भी है। इतिहास साक्षी है कि जब द्रोपदी का चीर हरण हुआ तो उस शक्ति ने अपना परिचय दिया। जब प्रहलाद पर अत्याचार हुआ तब भी उसने अपना परिचय दिया। जब-जब भक्तों पर संकट आऐगा तब तब वो अपना परिचय देगा।
जब जब बाबा जी कहते हैं कि सबको भोजन, सबको कपड़ा, सबको मकान और सबको रोजी मिलेगी तो आप जबान गंदी क्यों करते हो? आप यह सोचो कि काम चाहे कोई भी करे लाभ हमको हो और सबको हो। फिर मैंने तो कहा है कि सबको लाभ होगा। बाबा जी ने बड़ी मैहनत की है और अब भी कर रहे है। वक्त का इन्तजार करो। वक्त का इन्तजार राम ने किया, कृष्ण ने किया और मैं भी कर रहा हू। याद रखो कि जमाना बदलेगा, अवश्य बदलेगा इसे कोई रोक नहीं सकता। (1981)
where there is truth there is religion
The materialistic world is called materialism. In materialism there is no need of good words, no knowledge of good and bad, no need of identity of anyone. Such materialists and material enjoyers killed religion from the cities and banished it to the forests. If there was religion, there would have been some control on the eyes, there would have been some control on speech, there would have been some control on thinking, speaking and listening. Where there is control, there remains truth.
When there is truth then there is religion. If the reins of religion are lifted, there is no conscience, no identity for anyone, no power to see and understand. But it is true that in some form or the other he has existed in every era and exists even now. History is witness to the fact that when Draupadi was disrobed, that power revealed itself. Even when Prahlad was tortured, he introduced himself. Whenever devotees face trouble, he will introduce himself.
When Baba Ji says that everyone will get food, everyone will get clothes, everyone will get house and everyone will get livelihood, then why do you use dirty language? You should think that no matter who does the work, we and everyone else will benefit. Then I have said that everyone will benefit. Baba Ji has worked very hard and is still working hard. Wait for the time. Ram waited for time, Krishna did and I am also waiting for it. Remember that times will change, they will definitely change, no one can stop it. (1981)
